Individual physical training sessions are based on a combination of pilates mat and equipment training, muscle activation technique, myofascial release work, resistance training, hypopressive techniques, and cardiovascular interval work. Every session is tailored towards the needs and goals of the individual client.

Initial sessions are 90 minutes in length and include:
Postural assessment
Mobility assessment
Strength assessment
Discussion of goals and needs
Introductory workout at the appropriate level

Regular Sessions are 60 minutes in length and include:
Progressive workout based on individual needs and goals
Home program design (emailed within 24 hours of session)

Sessions are held in my fully equipped home studio or can be held at an outside facility (additional cost involved).

Professional Dancers and Fitness Instructors and Full Time Jr HS, HS and College Students are eligible for the discounted pricing options.

5 and 10 session packages expire 2 months from use of the first session.
15 and 20 session packages expire 4 months from use of the first session.
