It is strongly recommended that students have completed Levels 1 and 2 before beginning Level 3. Level 3 is suitable for dancers aged 12 and older. This manual provides an in depth look at the foundations of dance and provides a trouble shooting guide of what can go wrong and how to fix it. Students are encouraged to use their understanding of anatomy along with critical and logical thinking skills to help them assess their current abilities and improve them. The student assessment sheets provide students with a way of measuring and tracking their progress and provide them with a way of analyzing their movement which will benefit them for as long as they dance or teach.
