Using resistance tubing and the CoreGym EX Strap you can duplicate exercises traditionally only done on pilates equipment. The CoreGym EX Strap is the anchor point for the resistance tubing so you don't need a door knob, ballet barre, or other outside anchor to be on your way to a great workout.
